He expressed his opinion in a survey conducted by the Dnepropetrovsk branch of the Kiev Institute of Control Gorshenin. "The need for adoption of a law imposing a tax on electronic media, the MPs argue against piracy and copyright infringement. Its norms establish a tax on electronic media. The bill suggests that the authors of literary, photographic and graphic works or excerpts are entitled to receive remuneration for the reproduction of these works. A pay award is assumed by persons who exercise a reprographic reproduction of copies of works means (Reprographics - are commonly known as reproduction, copying and reproduction nepoligraficheskimi ways - Ed.)
