Vasili Onopenko Prosecutor's Office opened a criminal case with respect to the youngest daughter of the Supreme Court Vasyl Onopenko - Irina Onopenko, reports Kommersant-Ukraine "in reference to a resolution instituting proceedings. It is reported that on February 1 in the GPU turned citizen Ksenzenko statement, to prosecute Onopenko Irene and her husband, Vladimir Kotlyarov on suspicion of fraud. Onopenko and her husband suspected that they did not return the borrowed 300 thousand dollars, some of which allegedly required Vasili Onopenko "to solve some issue." The book suggests that the person who held large amounts and whose initials match the initials of the citizen who filed an application with the GPU, it may be Valery P. Ksenzenko, the owner of the Bank's regional development (3 December 2009 the establishment was under liquidation). In turn, Vasili Onopenko said he has no relation to the money allegedly lent to him. "Only today I learned that it took someone money, but it is usually the case, when businessmen from each other take on certain conditions. My daughter is an adult, living independently, more or less engaged in business, and if she is someone to borrow money and in some circumstances did not return, then, of course, need to be repaid, "- said Onopenko. "And if a criminal case, then of course there is some pressure on me" - says the chairman of the Supreme Court. He refused to specify who is suspected of committing the pressure: "I do not want to speculate on coffee grounds."
