The order of registration results documentary checks concerning compliance with tax, currency and other legislation approved by order of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine on December 24, 2010 № 1003. Reported by the press service department. This document applies to taxpayers - individuals (residents, non-residents), including self-employed persons who have, get (pass) the objects of taxation or carry out activities (operations) are subject to taxation under the Code or the tax laws, and which is responsible for the payment of taxes and duties in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine. In particular, Procedure provides the requirements for completing the act (certificate) and informative annexes, signature, registration and storage of the results of the documentary checks.
