For business development need to ensure that will happen, at least for a year, and the government just a month and a half, changing approaches to business organization, said the expert. Also still unclear situation with a simplified system of taxation. "Entrepreneurs do not register because it is - a state of waiting. This is incomprehensible to the terms and conditions of business.
