Belarus has refused the Ukrainian electric energy

Canada has suspended commercial sales of electricity to Belarus in January 2011 because of disagreement on the issue price. This was stated by First Vice Premier, Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Andrei Klyuyev at a press conference.
