STA extended the deadline for "land" declarations

GNSU extended the deadline for the declaration of land tax and rent on the land until February 1. The bodies of the State Tax Service of Ukraine (GNSU) take the declaration on land tax and land rent on the old form, and their term extended for filing until February 1. This was reported by Head of Administration of payments for land use and local taxes and duties department of income tax and other taxes and fees GNSU Catherine Grivnak during the workshop in GNSU Thursday. "This year, all the organs GNSU received the letter, according to which taxpayers are permitted to provide the declaration for the land tax and rent for the land the state and municipal ownership on the old form - until February 1, that is, before the deadline of submission of annual declarations, - she said. As explained by E. Grivnak, according to the Tax Code, actors, send the declaration by mail should send them to the authorities GNSU 10 days before the deadline of submission, ie, January 21, 2011. At the same time a new form of tax declaration, approved by Order GNSU? 1015 December 24, 2010, was officially published until January 24, 2011. In addition, E. Grivnak noted that the terms of payment of tax liabilities have not changed. As reported, the Tax Code came into force on 1 January 2011.
