Petrol in Ukraine for 40% of poor quality, - the expert

20% to 40% of fuel in Ukraine - the smuggling and of questionable quality. This was stated by Director of Consulting Group A-95 Sergei Kuiun today at a press conference, "We believe that 20% of the market - low-quality fuel, a more radical assessment - it is up to 40%" - said the expert. As reported GolosUA, expert blames the public authorities, which should strongly defend the economic boundaries. Kuiun also added that the imposition of excise duty on import of fuel will result in shadowing of the market, since import fuel legally become unprofitable.
