MPs will resolve the activities of industrial parks

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered a draft law on industrial parks. Bill № 8396 from 15.04.2011 referred to the Committee of People's deputies from OU-PSD, BYuT and the PR-B. The document was developed to determine the rules for the creation and operation of industrial parks and their management to ensure economic development and competitiveness areas, enhancing the investment and innovation, creating new jobs, the development of modern production and market infrastructure. Adoption of the draft should legislate the concept of the industrial park as a form of investment in construction and development of land for industrial and other economic activities, to determine the legal status of state and local governments, as well as business entities as the initiators of the industrial parks in the lands state, communal and private property to fix the legal status of the management company and participants in economic activity in the industrial park, to regulate social relations between the initiators, the management company, members of the industrial park, set the legal basis for the establishment and operation of industrial parks in Ukraine. It is proposed to establish that in case of creating an industrial park on the lands of the state or communal property land is rented for a period of not less than 30 years. Management Company of the industrial park will be entitled without the consent of the landlord sublet the participants of the industrial park providing her from the lands of the state or municipal property in the long-term lease land for settlement and development of the industrial park.
