Cabinet of Ministers approved an action plan for 2011 to implement the National Programme for the promotion of small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine. An executive from April 6, 2011 № 273-p posted on the website of the Cabinet. According to the document, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade in 2011 should attract international technical assistance to support and develop small and medium-sized businesses, as well as his duty to promote the development of a network of business support funds. The State Agency for Investment and management of national projects with the Ministry of Economy must promote the industry of direct investment and venture capital. The action plan also envisages the involvement of business with disabilities, women, youth, retired military personnel, the unemployed and the inhabitants of villages, support export activities of small and medium-sized businesses, to promote industrial cooperation on franchising, preparation and publication of the National report on the status and development prospects business in Ukraine. Under the decree, the Ministry of Finance and State Treasury office should provide funding for activities within the budgetary purposes under the state budget-2011.
