A joint project of the order of the Ministry of Economy Ministry, State Customs Service "Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Economy Ministry, State Customs Service from 30.07.2009 № 789/414/709". The document is published on the official website of the State Customs Service of Ukraine. Specified project envisages changes to the procedure of customs clearance of imported goods in containers and packaging materials, approved by Decree of the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine, State Customs Service of Ukraine from 30.07.2009 № 789/414/709. The adoption order will improve and accelerate the implementation of customs control and customs clearance of goods entering the territory of Ukraine in the packaging and packaging materials. In particular, it is proposed to establish that the basis for customs clearance is the presence on the shipping documents personal seal of the state inspector for the Environmental Protection regional offices and special units of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine - "The import is allowed."
