Cabinet will develop a method for determining the value of the works

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered a draft Law on Amendments to Article 19 of Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers "On standardization and certification" on the method of calculating the cost of works associated with the mandatory product certification. Bill number 8025 on 27/1/2011 submitted for consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. In particular, the document was developed by the State Service of Ukraine's technical regulation. The bill proposes to consolidate the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers approval of methods of calculating the cost of works associated with the mandatory product certification. The document requires the development and adoption of CMU, which will be approved by the method of calculating the value of these works. As stated in the explanatory note, changes in the law will permit to develop a uniform methodology for determining the cost of work related to certification of products, will resolve the question of the cost differences of similar works, helped to establish a clear mechanism to ensure the interests of customers of certification.
