State Customs Service told him how to skirt the weight of the declared goods

Customs Service, the Order of 07.09.2010 № 1018 amended the instructions for the completion of customs declaration. Most changes have been filling the graph, which indicates the weight of the goods, namely, the detailed rules of rounding. In particular, such rules are established to rounding: - if the gross weight of the goods more than 1 kg and is not expressed in whole kilograms (eg, 1.328 kg), the value is given in whole kilograms using such rounding rules: a) the fractional portion of 0,001 to 0.499 rounded downwards to the nearest whole kilogram (eg 1 for goods weighing 1.328 kg), and b) the fractional part of 0.500 to 0.999 shall be rounded upward to the nearest whole kilogram (eg 2 for an item weighing 1.728 kg). - If the gross weight of the goods is less than 1 kg, the value is given as a decimal fraction with an accuracy of up to three digits in the fractional part (eg, 0.654 for goods weighing 0.6539 kg).
