Brodsky would increase penalties for trafficking in arms

Penalties for trafficking in arms in undesignated places can be greatly increased. Such a proposal is contained in the draft law "On insider trading," which proposes to amend the Code of Administrative Offences, the press service of the State Committee. In particular, if today's trading in the cities with the hands in the streets, plazas, courtyards, porches, gardens and other unknown locations by a fine of 1 to 7 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (17-119 hr) and confiscation of objects of trade or without , the bill proposes to increase fines to a level of 20 to 50 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (340-850 USD) with confiscation of goods trade. Moreover, if today's trading from the hands of unidentified locations in industrial goods is punishable by a fine ranging from 6 to 15 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (102-255 USD) with confiscation of goods trade, the State Committee initiates an increase in fines to a level of 50 to 100 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (850 - 1700 USD), with confiscation of goods trade.
