Oschadbank. USSR back

Everywhere we hear loud odes about how the Ukrainian banks "in front of the entire planet, and already on the quality of service overtake their counterparts in Europe. But along with that very difficult. Many local banks are still living the spirit of "socialism", and one of the most striking examples, smelling of mildew permeated the Soviet era and rudeness of staff - Oschadbank. Frankly, Oschadbank always try to walk away, especially with the time when all payments have been translated into Internet banking. However, this time had to attend that institution. The fact that it was necessary to immediately pay a fine for violation of traffic rules, as well as Oschadbank was "at hand" - other options remained. Branch Bank routinely met musty smell and its interior decoration once resettled in the glorious pre-perestroika years, and a crowd of elderly people, crowded near the cash register, only strengthened this feeling. The first obstacle turned out to retirees who, while trying to break through to the checkout to take form on payment of the fine, friendly and buzzing gnashed. But they, at least you can understand: to stand in a huge queue for the meager pension, and even in the stuffy atmosphere of a nightmare (which air conditioners, what are you?) - Just a mockery. Therefore, they have managed to politely explain that take the form - 2 seconds of the case. However, the second and far more serious obstacle was a bank teller. To a request for a receipt for payment of the fine, she stared little animal eyes and almost barked: "On the table!". Nevertheless, the table was empty, so the request was addressed to her again. This time, the cashier looked even more fiercely, and held out the window stack of blank receipts, muttering at the same time something in the style of "How are you all bothering me." But these were the flowers in comparison with what happened next. Something like scribbled on the receipt, printed on paper, very much like a toilet (well, actually, where officials have the money to buy a normal state bank paper), waited for their turn at the cash register and handed the form which has already become familiar to the cashier. Okatie another cold-eyed, she took the ticket and began to study it. After two minutes, an employee of the bank threw a receipt back to the window with a roar: "Not valid!". The question "Why?" Was almost met a succession of expletives, at least, it could be read clearly on the face of the cashier. "Because it is written like a chicken claw" - retorted nice and polite woman. The objection that actually slips can be printed on something more qualitative, was greeted with the answer: "We must be able to write in his later years, and cry:" Next! "Which meant the end of this wonderful conversation. Of course, on the one hand the history of comic. Nevertheless, she once again shows the rottenness of the entire state system and state institutions, the lack of any ethics for its members and a basic sense of tact. Of course, we can justify Oschadbanka employees, and any "bureaucratic office" small wages and terrible working conditions. However, such situations are very well open up the true face of both our country and society, showing how it is unhealthy. Source: Finance uncut
